UVO eServices is a Kia Motors America's telematics service that provides the following features:
1. Vehicle Diagnostics: Diagnose whether problems exist within major vehicle features. Jika kelainan ada, Anda dapat menghubungi Kia Roadside Assist atau menjadwalkan janji temu layanan dengan dealer KIA langsung dari kendaraan atau menggunakan aplikasi UVO.

To use UVO eServices , you will need a Kia Vehicle equipped with UVO eServices , and have registered a MyUVO account on MyUVO.com.
