Buku Kasus Sherlock Holmes adalah kumpulan cerita pendek terakhir Sherlock Holmes karangan Arthur Conan Doyle, yang udah diterjemahkan ke Bahasa Indonesia dan pertama kali dipublikasikan dalam The Strand Magazine antara Oktober 1921 - April 1927.
Dalam buku ini terdapat tiga cerita yang tidak dinarasikan oleh Watson sebagaimana cerita Sherlock Holmes kebanyakan. "Batu Mazarin" dinarasikan oleh orang ketiga, karena diadaptasi dari drama panggung di mana Watson hampir tidak muncul. "Prajurit Berwajah Pucat" dan "Surai Singa" dinarasikan oleh Holmes sendiri, yang terjadi setelah dia pensiun.
