Don't let the stag escape. Stags are unaware of your presence so zoom your sniper gun to close view take your best shot and become the expert stag hunter and shooter. Each level is difficult then the previous but good thing you have is unlimited ammunition. Be careful as you find the deer in sight, as after you first shoot stags run away and it will be difficult for you to hunt and shoot the bullet to get the stag down.
