The premise of the series revolves around life of children in a care home. This series was the last to feature the school (Elmtree House) as the general setting. The second series featured a new home called 'Ashdene Ridge', due to the fact that La Sagesse School and it's surrounding land was to be destroyed and converted in to a Luxury Housing Estate.
