The post-apocalyptic creed says: Kill or be killed. Some say: Speed to the max or be killed. Death is ever-present. You may count on your allies and your vehicle only. Command different machines including cars, vans and other mechanic war beasts during turn based duels against your rivals. It’s not a typical armed combat! It’s a wild struggling with various adversaries full of fury, rage and deadly anger. These vehicles aren’t used to race. Or maybe it’s an insane race, but not your typical one. It’s rather a race against time. Against your lifetime. How long would you survive on a destroyed planet?
Groups of those who survived the nuclear disaster use vehicles to spread fear, hatred, and death to all who dare to fight against them! The disaster that shaped this world 30 years earlier brought a new order of the world! The world is harsh and remnants of mankind are on their own. But they managed to survive by forming tribes as it was at the beginning of humanity. Once tribes have been established, the warfare was born. Each of inhabitants was brought up in a group of warriors for whom violence is the only belief on the New Earth.
Mad Carnage is a turn based tactical game designed for mobile devices, with intuitive controls, solid AI and rules that are easy to learn but hard to master.
It has unique mechanics, adapted from a paper and pencil game. Each move is determined by the last move. The car may continue driving like it did before or move to a point adjacent to the default position, altering its speed and direction. The faster you go, the slower you turn. Adjust your tactics to the plan of action.
There’s no randomness in this turn based tactical game. It’s up to you how you’ll handle your opponents. The result depends on you.
Warfare depicted in Mad Carnage is of the endemic, tribal kind. Resources are scarce. Remnants of humanity, one generation after the nuclear apocalypse, are living in caves. Instead of sticks and stones they’ve got cars.
Mad Carnage is not a manipulative free-to-play monstrosity disguised as a game, but a genuinely fun tactical game that may ask you to watch an ad every few levels, but it won’t force you to do it.
Is Mad Carnage the most violent vehicular game ever? It might be, because those cars were not built for transportation nor for racing, they were built purely for combat!
Berserk cars are designed to conduct frontal assaults, their ram is also an armor plate. Fighters are fast, agile and equipped with an autocannon fixed to the body of the car. Heavy vans are like land battleships firing broadsides. These cars engage in fierce dogfights, hit and run attacks and dozens of other tactical moves.
Fate and shape of Mad Carnage depends on your feedback! Today it’s just a side quest for us, but it may become a high priority project and receive a major update covering a storyline, overall art, extended mechanics and a lot of new maps.
