In game there are total four areas "Dealer" "Western" "Southern" "Eastern". The Non-Dealer Players could only bet in "Western" "Southern" "Eastern" Area.
There will be only one dealer in one round ,every area will get 2 cards.Dealer will Seperately compare his cards with "Western" "Southern" "Eastern".
We compare the units digit of totals counts of two cards in each area,White Boards Counted as 10,For example, 7+8=5(the units digit of 15 is 5);
2-Circletiles+8-Circletiles,it is called Special 2-8,it is smaller than Pairs but bigger than any other Singles.
2 same card combination we call it Pair,White Board Pair is the biggest,and Pair is bigger than Special 2-8 and Singles.
when the total counts of Dealer and Non-Dealer player was equal,we compare the rank of biggest singe card. for Example: 9+2=1 > 8+3=1.
When Dealer and Non-Dealer Player has the same card set ,Dealer will be considered as win.
