Near future.

After the Great Depression, known as the "WG (World Great Gap)," Earth became a nation through the Earth Union.

The Union government has launched a policy to manage all global people at the genetic level, aiming to create a world of peace and peace, and has decided to adopt the "Red System" by a research team at LibertyGate University.

Hotel the Pergola was founded by the late Bruno Rich, who stands on the beach in the city of Libertygate.

Ian Hunter, a grandson of Bruno and former New York City Police Detective, inherits his grandfather's hotel but hides his identity, and uncovers the outcome of his younger brother, Bird, who has mysteriously disappeared as a suspect in an unsolved serial murder case known as the Black Rose, and the truth behind the incident, as well as the darkness lurking in the Earth Union.
