Each artifact has its effect: Attack, Healing, Protection, etc. Move them with your finger to be in line - vertical or horizontal. At least 3 artifacts has to be in line. More of them in line archives stronger effect.
* Shield:
Creates and sustains an energy shield around you. Decreases damage
inflicted on you by enemy's weapon.
* Attack:
Use your primary weapon to
inflict damage on your opponent
* Syringe:
Heals, restores your health
* Rocket:
Deploys additional laser gun,
which inflicts additional damage
* Force Mine:
Creates force field disturbances and
decreases effect of opponent's shield
* Crystals:
Prolongs currently active effects like
shield and additional weapon, gives game currency

Why does one needs crystals?
To use special skills, you needs to have crystals you previously had. You can earn them by winning battles or by buying using in-app purchase.
How to collect crystals?
Simply by playing - with your friends or NPC - and moving crystals in line. You accumulate crystals during a game and get them only if you win.
What is the number near avatar's nickname?
It's the indication of how cool are you! Bigger number means you've won more battles than you lost. Of course, winning a game with your friend - a skilled player - gives you more points. But points are also taken if you loose.
Backstory:
In the late 2010s deep in Siberia a discovery was made - the complex, which was later named “Cradle of Gods”. This turned out to be cache of knowledge, left on Earth before beginning of time by ancient interstellar civilization.
Scientists were able to decipher information. Within years, humanity was able to achieve a breakthrough in all areas of life, level of technological advance was indescribable. Ancient rituals and stories about magic and Gods, what they can do, which humanity treated as fairytales turned out to be true and even more so.
In an instant, anything was possible. Controlling newly discovered abilities was so natural that people doing that with a high level of skill became known, once again, as mages. Just like in ancient times. Unfortunately, scientists neglected to research and understand data about reasons for creating this cache and read warnings left for anyone who finds it. This time they did not stop.
Over time, a certain group of mages become so powerful that they attempted to create an endless source of energy, which would be powered by the energy of the universe itself. They failed. Instead, they created a deadly clot of energy, which destroyed most of the civilization on Earth.
Those who survived envied the dead. There were no cities, no countries, no governments. Humanity plunged into Middle Ages again. People used anything that was left, including old weapons. Flora and fauna was transformed.
