STORY:
Over recent years the Empire have been under constant attack by the numerous foes. Capital Island quite developed in the past, now decays. Its coastal waters are literally torn by hostile states.
Commander Uzman, also know as “sly”, attacks the Island from the south. It is not for nothing that he got this nickname. Often he attacks civilian population, deprives them of food supplies – ipso facto he dooms people to starvation.
Empress Nkiru has an eye on lands from the west. Peaceful commercial power in past, now provided itself with military equipment and weakened empire is an easy prey for them.
Slowly but with confidence, Navy of captain Tevtar, admiral Njall’s younger brother, is approaching the empire. He is as murderous as his brother. Ashes and soot is all one can found after his forays. No salvation for the young and the old.

However, the biggest destruction and losses are to be expected if admiral Gunter’s army gets to the island. At present he has the most numerous armies. Like a plague it devours the whole empires. The list of thrown down states is constantly increasing. Incidentally, his army is closer and closer!
GOALS:
Events of the game take place in the world of giant steam engines and powerful machines. The main task is to prevent the enemy states from invasion as well as restore and consolidate the capital. It is necessary to renew the factory and renovate military arsenal production, construct housing estates and restore fortifications, erect anti-aircraft systems and renovate the port.
