How does it work?
Easy! When you receive a call from a blocked, unknown or private number, just decline the call (or let the app auto reject the call) so it can be sent to TrapCall for unmasking. Within seconds we send the call back to your phone with the private number unmasked! You can even get the name and address associated with the number via SMS or push notification instantly, so that you’ll immediately know who called.
But that’s not all!
Automatic Spam Call Blocking:
TrapCall will block telemarketing and spam robocalls from over 100,000 numbers so that your phone never even rings. Plus, this list is constantly updated to ensure that we’re always blocking the latest spam threats.
Blacklist Unwanted Calls:
Stop getting unwanted, harassing phone calls! Blacklisted numbers will be automatically blocked and played a phone company recording telling them your phone number has been disconnected. They’ll think your number has been disconnected and will stop calling FOREVER!
Reverse Number Lookups:
Get the Caller ID and photo of nearly any number with reverse number lookups. That means you can find out exactly who called, not just their phone number. Upgrade to our Ultimate plan to get UNLIMITED reverse lookups!
Incoming Call Recording:
On our Ultimate plan, you can hold people accountable and have evidence of your conversations by recording ANY incoming call. These recordings are available to be played back and shared from the app and our website.
Caller ID Name & Address:
You won't only see the number of the person who’s calling you, but we’ll also show you their full name and address information, when available!
