In 2007, he was Vice President of AIA in Taiwan and China, and served as Training and Development and Strategy for more than 50,000 front-line and leadership personnel in Greater China.
He is currently a senior regional director of Prudential Insurance Co., Ltd., president of the Hong Kong Specialist Development Society, Professional Sales Universe (PSU) and Wellness Enterprise Ltd.
