Download the app, take photos, answer a few questions, pay a modest fee, and submit. The process takes only a few minutes and may be carried out in the privacy of your home, at work, or on the go. Receive a response from your chosen doctor within two business days. If your physician feels that an in-office evaluation is warranted, then an expedited appointment in our Fayetteville or Bentonville Arkansas clinic will be arranged.
