Mindoula Health provides 24/7 concierge behavioral health support to its members. The service is an affordable, evidence-based alternative to the traditional behavioral health case management approach. A consumer struggling with behavioral health issues is paired with a highly trained team of behavioral health specialists available to the member virtually and in-person 24/7.
“Doula” is a Greek term for caregiver. We have combined the term with “mind” to redefine the practice of behavioral health care management, and our care managers are called "Personal Mindoulas." Members of the Mindoula Health service will use this app to communicate with their Personal Mindoulas via HIPAA compliant secure messaging.
