Consumer protection is a strategic factor for the nation and state of Indonesia in an effort to improve the economy in the sense of the competitiveness of strong, healthy and efficient trade. Consumer Protection as mandated in Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, greatly emphasizes the balance side to provide legal protection to consumers who have good faith and honest and responsible business actors, this law also integrates and strengthens in the field of consumer protection.
