Hemogram is a collaborative application developed by the Institute of Smart Cities with the aim of promoting and encouraging blood donation. The intention is to strengthen the bond between the population and health organizations that maintain blood banks, collection points and distribution networks linked to the Center for Hematology and Hemotherapy of Paraná (Hemepar).
