Scan, Archive, Manage The Smart Document Archive Ecodms!

With ecoDMS Mobile you will get access to the ECODMS archive via your Android device.

An installation of the client server system ECODMS (full version 14.08 & 16.09) is required for this app. You can use this app to access the archived documents and information and load new documents to the archive.

As the world's cheapest archive system, ECODMS is the standard for a platform -independent, long -term, revision -proof document archiving.

Ecodms desktop client: With just a few clicks, the documents are archived, automatically full -texted and categorized if necessary without the user's intervention. Intelligent document detection independently determines the document affiliation and places the files in the right place and for the responsible users.

Via desktop client, smartphone, tablet and web interface can be accessed to the document archive in a matter of seconds. State -of -the -art search functions make the document search as easy as googling. The software is quickly installed and easy to use.

All data is safe in containers (from version 16.09) and in a database and not on foreign servers, at ECODMS GmbH or "easy manipulable" on the file system.

Access to the archive is possible locally, in the network, on the web and also via mobile app. The desktop application offers a perfect overview of the documented documents and information in the network and locally. If you want to access the archived files on the go, you can quickly find the right files via the ecoDMS Mobile App. A call from a wide variety of internet browsers can be accessed via the web client regardless of location.

The installation, setup and operation is simple, absolutely flexible and user -friendly. Ecodms can be used on Windows, Ubuntu, Debian, Macos, Raspberry Pi, Docker (incl.
