ComplexCore+ is an individual training application for core, arm and leg muscles
BASIC. SHORT TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR YOUR BASIC TRAINING
By installing the ComplexCore+ app, you have automatically access to short training programs for the core, upper limbs and lower limbs.
These programs will be provided in 3 different performance levels (level 1,2 & 3).
With a simple click you will gain access to exercise programs that can be performed anywhere and at any time.
All exercises are described by means of pictures and videos (exception: static exercises).
Important note: perform each exercise slowly.
THERAPY. YOUR MOBILE ASSISTANT FOR THERAPY AND TRAINING
The THERAPY area offers comfortable access to your training plans and exercises provided by your physiotherapist or coach. After a one-time in-app purchase you gain unlimited access and can manage your personal training programs.
By entering your training code, you will be connected directly to your physiotherapist or coach if they provide training programs using the ComplexCore+ software.
The app allows you to manage exercise programs from multiple physiotherapists or coaches. To connect to additional physiotherapists or coaches, click on the "PLUS" symbol at the top right and enter additional training codes.
For a better overview, you can rename the training codes in the SETTINGS area.

The ComplexCore+ app provides a modern and easy-to-use platform to link you to your physiotherapist or coach. Nevertheless, training programs and any information on how to perform the exercises will be provided directly by your therapists or coaches.
ATHLETES. YOUR DIRECT LINK TO YOUR TRAINING PROGRAMS
The ATHLETES area offers the opportunity to receive training plans directly from your coaches.
With the UNLOCK CODE you are just one step away from getting access to your coaches' training programs created for you via the ComplexCore+ software.
To unlock this ATHLETES section, simply enter the UNLOCK code you received from your coach.
By entering your training code, you will be connected directly to your coach and training plans created for you via the ComplexCore+ software.
