Shikaripura constituent's exclusive portal to impact the town's development.
Shri. B Y Raghavendra is Member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly representing Shikaripura Constituency of Shimoga District. Fondly known as BYR or “Raghanna”, at his very young age, he dedicated himself to the betterment of society and the nation by playing multiple public service roles such as Member of Parliament, Educationalist, Social Worker, Philanthropist and most importantly, a leader of farmers of Karnataka.
Through his initiative, BYR also involves people in his duties as a law-maker by enabling citizens to contribute their ideas for laws and policymaking. The successful and accountable implementation of various works and schemes of the Government, both in the center and the state, are facilitated through this unique effort of ‘BYR Connect’.
