The Afilia Digital App allows the electronic registration of affiliation applications, their management and monitoring of them, facilitating the process and interaction with the client, this in an easy and safe way.
New programs: Prime and Preferred Gold.
As an Advisor (internal or external) you will be able to make affiliations (new sales or inclusions) to people in the different programs offered by Coomeva within the Integral Medicine and Oral Health business lines.
This tool will facilitate the process of selling and managing affiliations through these 4 functionalities:

Electronic Affiliation: With this option you can manage the sale (new sale or inclusion) for programs offered in the Integral Medicine and Oral Health business lines. In this functionality, the respective information of the program to which the person is going to join, information of the contracting party, Sarlaft and additional information, beneficiary information, declaration of health status, rates and commercial information, declarations and authorizations, payment, signature(s) and supports.
My Affiliations: Here you can view the sales requests made by the Advisor. You can view both those that are still being managed by the advisor and those that have been sent to operations to continue the flow. If operations are necessary, they will make the respective return for information or support reasons and here, in this option , you can make the changes and return to operations to conclude the sale.
